Privacy Policy

The Rep Map is operated by WOW Augmented Reality. The service collects account details, listing details, private address information, payment status records, visitor messages, and basic analytics needed to operate a moderated directory.

Full street addresses are stored for administrative processing, geocoding, billing support, fraud prevention, and moderation. Public listings show only neighborhood-level map coordinates unless a future admin-controlled policy changes this.

Payment card details are processed by Stripe for United States listings and Square for Canadian listings. The Rep Map does not store credit card numbers.

Visitor contact forms save submitted messages and notify reps by email. Anti-spam checks, rate limits, and optional reCAPTCHA may process IP address, browser, and interaction data.
